The 2025 swim marked a major milestone for the river and the region, reflecting decades of investment in water infrastructure, stewardship, and water quality improvements. Current is proud to support the event alongside other water quality advocates and monitoring organizations. H2NOW Chicago is not the official water quality authority for the Chicago River Swim.
